Pricing
How do I get a price?
Upload a picture on the quote page, or text one to us. Each item is matched to its catalog price, and the total appears before you book anything.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, $75. A single couch ($126) or a twin mattress ($82) is already over it.
Do you charge more for stairs or a high-rise?
No. A fourth-floor walk-up and a ground-floor garage cost the same.
Does crossing the bay cost extra?
No. Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Pasco share one price list.
When does truck-fill pricing kick in?
On big jobs — a garage, a gut-out, a whole house. Truck-fill runs $241 for a quarter of the truck to $732 for all 16 cubic yards, and the quote picks whichever method is cheaper for you.
Scheduling
How fast can you come?
Frequently within a day, and same-day when a crew has an opening. Available windows are shown when you book.
Do I have to be home?
No. Leave things in an open garage or share a lockbox or door code; we’ll send photos once the job is done.
Who are the crews?
Vetted, insured local haulers who take jobs through JunkRabbit. You deal with us for the price and the booking; they bring the truck.
Can you work around a military move or closing date?
Yes. Give us the deadline and the cleanout is booked ahead of it.
What Goes on the Truck
Will you take leftover paint?
Yes, priced separately because of the handling: $30 per one-gallon can and $52 per five-gallon bucket. A twenty-pound propane tank is $33.
Do you take yard waste and fallen branches?
Yes. Yard waste is $88 per cubic yard, and storm debris is covered on our storm cleanout section.
What do you do with what you haul?
Usable furniture is donated first; appliances go to refrigerant recovery and metal recycling; electronics go to e-waste recyclers; the remainder goes to licensed disposal facilities.
Can you remove a hot tub or pool table?
Yes. A hot tub is $322 and a pool table $603; an upright piano is $290.
City Programs and Local Rules
What is SWEEP?
It’s the City of Tampa’s bulky-trash program: one free, prescheduled curbside pickup a year for city residents, in a single pile, excluding building materials, electronics, yard waste and household chemicals.
How does St. Petersburg’s special pickup work?
St. Pete residents request it, and the city takes up to three cubic yards of furniture, carpet and appliances free from the alley or curb where trash is collected. Larger amounts are charged per cubic yard.
What about Brandon, Clearwater or Wesley Chapel?
Those areas run their own collection programs, and we haven’t verified their bulky-item rules, so ask your hauler or city. Our service and prices are the same there.
Which areas do you cover?
Everything within about 30 miles of downtown Tampa plus all of Hillsborough County — including St. Petersburg, Clearwater, the Pinellas beaches, Brandon, Riverview, Plant City, Wesley Chapel and New Port Richey. See the full list.
